<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the two (2) Deeds of Trust executed by CYNTHIA DAWN
<br />CHRISTENSEN, single, as Trustor, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska Corporation,
<br />as Beneficiary, dated August 3, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 200906408 and as Document No. 200906409, have
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the two Deeds of Trust in the following:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One Hundred Thirty -three (133), Union Pacific Railway Co.'s Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. (known as 415 East 9
<br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska)
