<br />RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 81- 002701 AND QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO.
<br />86- 107291 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
<br />original Trustee, and said original trustee has been notified by mail. Therefore, the undersigned, as present
<br />Beneficiary, hereby substitutes Nancy L. Loftis, Esq. as Trustee ('Substitute Trustee ") under said Deed of Trust.
