<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Town & Country Bank,
<br />A Nebraska Corporation
<br />WHEREAS, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through Cindy Muhlbach,
<br />it's Authorized Officer, as trustee under the trust deed dated June 15, 2012, executed by Mary Ann Homan,
<br />an unmarried person, in which Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, is named as beneficiary
<br />and trustee, and recorded in Inst No. 201204827 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, has received from Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully
<br />paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as
<br />trustee, for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporation, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through its authorized Officer as
<br />trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Mary Ann
<br />Homan, an unmarried person, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />THE EASTERLY FIFTY SEVEN (57) FEET OF LOT FIFTY FIVE (55) AND THE WESTERLY
<br />THIRTY EIGHT (38) FEET OF LOT FIFTY SIX (56), 'HAGGES' SUBDIVISION, IN THE OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Ravenna, Nebraska

<br />WITNESS my hand and notarial seal the day and year last above written.
<br />On this 8th day of July, 2013, before me, a Notary Public, duly commissioned, qualified for and
<br />residing in said County, personally came Cindy Muhlbach, Vice President of Town & Country Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, to be the identical person whose name is affixed to the foregoing instrument and
<br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed and the voluntary act and deed of
<br />said corporation.
