<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />/ Jared P. Wetovick, Branch President
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, it's authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Trust Deed dated 10/13/2011 and recorded 10/14/2011, recorded as Document No. 201107721; executed
<br />by Oseka Homes, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of
<br />Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Oseka Homes, LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the
<br />estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), Northview Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on July 3. 2013.

<br />On this 3rd day of July, 2013, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County
<br />personally came Jared P. Wetovick, Branch President - CEO of Pinnacle Bank, a Corporation, to me
<br />personally known to be the President and identical person whose name is affixed to the above release,
<br />and acknowledged the execution thereof to . be his voluntary act and deed as such officer, and the
<br />voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
