July 20, 2015 <br />.10 <br />• fto <br />gin 110_ <br />et ut <br />rra <br />By: <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />Notary Public <br />Witness my hand and Notarial Seal the day and year last above written. <br />CD <br />C) <br />C <br />C <br />U) <br />—i <br />1r <br />7" <br />The undersigned, GREAT WESTERN BANK, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated January 30, 2008, wherein Mark A Freeling and Teresa Vang - Freeling, Husband and <br />Wife, are the Trustors, and which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on February 4, 2008, as Instrument No. 200800838; and contains as trust <br />property the following- described real estate: <br />Lot Eight (8), Double R Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 4224 Sharma Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements and <br />additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement <br />secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Successor Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause <br />to be sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Home Equity Line of Credit <br />Agreement dated January 30, 2008, owing from Trustors to the current Beneficiary, GREAT <br />WESTERN BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above, which secures <br />this obligation. <br />Arend R.
