201305490 <br /> (C) "Lender" is U.S. Bank N.A. <br /> Lender is a National Association <br /> organized and existing under the laws of The United States Of America <br /> Lender's address is 4801 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301 <br /> Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br /> (D) "Trustee" is Mr. Thomas Locher <br /> Trustee's mailing address is 2002 Douglas Street,200 The Omaha Club,Omaha,NE 68102 <br /> (E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated 06/14/2013 . The Note <br /> states that Borrower owes Lender Ninety-One Thousand and 00/100ths <br /> Dollars(U.S. $91,000.00 )plus interest.
