<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying adjacent to the above -
<br />described lots, more particularly described in Ordinance No.
<br />4884 recorded in Book 21, Page 17 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. Also, that portion
<br />of vacated Chicago Street in East Park, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying adjacent to and
<br />between the above - described lots, and more particularly
<br />described in Grand Island City Ordinance No. 6485, which is
<br />recorded as Document No. 79- 005417 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to
<br />easements of record.
<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />Edward A. Long, Jr., Personal Representative of the Estate of Linda Long,
<br />Deceased, GRANTOR, in consideration of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), conveys
<br />to GRANTEES, Tommy Ummel, Sr. and Tommy Ummel, Jr., as tenants in common, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201):
<br />1. Is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />3. Warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims
<br />of all persons.
