<br />Deed of Trust Dated April 20, 2010 executed by Lorna Wagoner and Michael
<br />Wagoner, Wife and Husband, Trustor(s), in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora,
<br />Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded April
<br />25, 2013 as Instrument No. 201303275 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid
<br />and that such Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, for cancellation:
