(as ultimate successor in interest to Consolidated Oil & Transportation <br />Company, Inc.), as lessee, and Hall County Airport Authority, as lessor, dated February 1, 1999, <br />as amended, covering the property described on the following page, which Lease was assigned to <br />BKEP Materials, L.L.C. (f/k/a SemMaterials Energy Partners, L.L.C.) pursuant to that certain <br />Assignment and Assumption of Lease Agreement effective as of February 20, 2008. <br />That certain Lease Agreement between SemMaterials, L.P., as lessee, and Hall County Airport <br />Authority, as lessor, dated March 28, 2006, as amended, covering the property described therein, <br />which Lease was assigned to BKEP Materials, L.L.C. (f/k/a SemMaterials Energy Partners, <br />L.L.C.). <br />
