<br />between Pipeline Systems and/or the Facilities (the rights, interests and estates described in this
<br />subsection (d) are herein collectively called the "Servitudes ");
<br />(e) Without limitation of the foregoing, all other right, title and interest of Mortgagor
<br />of whatever kind or character (whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of any
<br />Requirement of Law or otherwise) in and to (i) the Facilities, the Surface Leases, the Easements
<br />and Rights of Way, the Adjacent Rights, and/or the Servitudes, and (ii) the lands described or
<br />referred to in Exhibit "A" (or described in any of the instruments described or referred to in
<br />Exhibit "A ");
<br />(f) Without limitation of the foregoing, all of Mortgagor's right, title and interest
<br />(whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of any Requirement of Law or
<br />otherwise) in and to all transportation, gathering and transmission systems located on the
<br />properties described and/or depicted on Exhibit "A ", including, without limitation, any
<br />transportation, gathering or transmission systems located in any city, county, parish, or section
<br />shown on the foregoing referenced Exhibit "A "; any leases of transportation, gathering and
<br />transmission systems, pipes or facilities described on Exhibit "A" and all pipes, valves, gauges,
<br />meters and other measuring equipment, regulators, heaters, extractors, tubing, pipelines, fuel
<br />lines, facilities, improvements, fittings, materials and other improvements, fixtures, equipment
<br />and/or personal /movable property (whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of any
<br />Requirement of Law or otherwise), including, without limitation, those located on or under the
<br />Servitudes, the Facilities, and/or in or on or otherwise related to the transportation, gathering and
<br />transmission systems described and/or depicted on Exhibit "A" (the properties, rights and
<br />interests described in this subsection (f) are herein collectively called the "Pipeline Systems ");
<br />(g) All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest (whether now owned or hereafter
<br />acquired by operation of any Requirement of Law or otherwise) in and to all improvements,
<br />fixtures, and other real/immovable and/or personal /movable property (including, without
<br />limitation, all equipment, tanks, pipelines, flow lines, gathering lines, compressors, dehydration
<br />units, separators, meters, metering stations, buildings, fittings, pipe, pipe connectors, valves,
<br />regulators, drips, storage facilities, absorbers, heaters, dehydrators, and power, telephone and
<br />telegraph lines) located on or under, or which in any way relate to, the Facilities, the Servitudes,
<br />the Easements and Rights of Way, the Adjacent Rights, and/or the Pipeline Systems;
<br />(h) All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest, whether presently existing or hereafter
<br />created or entered into and whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of any
<br />Requirement of Law or otherwise, in and to:
<br />(i) all purchase, sale, gathering, processing, transportation, storage and other
<br />contracts or agreements covering or otherwise relating to the ownership or operation of
<br />the Facilities, the Servitudes, and/or the Pipeline Systems, and/or to the purchase, sale or
<br />transportation of Products, or to the separation, treatment, stabilization and/or processing
<br />of the same;
<br />(ii) all right, title and interest of the Mortgagor in and to any and all leases (in
<br />addition to the Surface Leases), contracts and other general intangibles relating to the
<br />ownership or operation of the Facilities, the Servitudes, and/or the Pipeline Systems, and
