Stallings, to me <br />personally known, who being by me duly sworn did say that he is <br />the Chief Financial Officer of BKEP CRUDE, L.L.C. (formerly <br />SemGroup Energy Partners, L.L.C.), a Delaware limited liability <br />company, on behalf of said limited liability company, and that said <br />instrument was signed on behalf of said limited liability company, <br />and said Alex G.
