<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Tammy L. Alvarado, A Single
<br />Person to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />W therein, dated May 12, 2010, and recorded May 12, 2010, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />CO County, Nebraska as Instrument #0201003230, and Modification of Deed of Trust executed by Tammy L.
<br />Alvarado, dated October 2, 2010, and recorded October 6, 2010, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #0201007323 (or in Book Number Page Number ) has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Two (2), Chateau Orleans Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2720 W 5 Street, Grand Island, NE 68803
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
