<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br /> John H. Swanson and Deanna J.Swanson. husband and wife
<br /> to NEBRASKA ENERGY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Trustee for the benefit of
