<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the al day of June,2013,Flagstar Bank,FSB,as the plaintiff,filed
<br /> its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Justin D. Bute, as the defendant, the object and
<br /> prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting,to foreclose a Deed of Trust given by said Justin D. Bute, an
<br /> unmarried man, to Gary D. Byrne, as Trustee, for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for
<br /> Equitable Mortgage Corp-Branch,a Missouri Corporation,Beneficiary,to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real
<br /> estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendant,to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br /> described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust, to reform the legal description
<br /> contained in the Quitclaim Deed and Trustee's Deed described in said Complaint, and to obtain other equitable relief,
<br /> that such Deed of Trust is dated June 10,2005,and was recorded on June 22,2005 as Instrument No.200505645,in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described
<br /> real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to-wit:
