<br />0 WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Encinger Enterprises, L.L.C. to
<br />EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated April 25, 2012, and recorded April 25, 2012, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument #201203272 (or in Book Number Page Number ) has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Part of Block Fourteen (14), Pleasant Home Subdivision of Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(E1 /2SE1 /4) of Section Twenty One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 82 Feet
<br />South of the Northeast Corner of said Block Fourteen (14), Pleasant Home Subdivision, thence South along
<br />and upon the East line of said Block Fourteen (14), 83 Feet; thence West at right angles and parallel with
<br />the North line of said Block, 132 Feet; thence North at right angles and parallel with the East line of said
<br />Block, 83 Feet; thence East at right angles and parallel with the North line of said Block, 132 Feet to the
<br />place of beginning, said tract being a rectangular piece of ground 83 Feet by 132 Feet.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1512 S Lincoln, Grand Island, NE 68801
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
