<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed march
<br />17, 2006, by HUGO FERREYRA VIEYRA A/K/A HUGO FERREYRA and LAURA FERREYRA,
<br />husband and wife, Trustors, in favor of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA, as Trustee, and which was
<br />filed for record on March 22, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006 - 02447, of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK N.A., by virtue of an Assignment
<br />dated March 17, 2006, and filed for record on May 2, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006 -03900 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee,
<br />replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />THE EAST FIFTY (E50) FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK ONE
<br />HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT (138), IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND
<br />ADDITION AND ITS COMPLEMENT: FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK THREE (3),
<br />OF RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor
<br />Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br />pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
