<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Deed of Trust," executed by RSI, Inc.; a Nebraska Corporation, ( "Trustor "),
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 2, 2004,
<br />and recorded January 2, 2004, as Instrument #0200400033, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the
<br />Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and all of E 1/2 of Lot 7, and all of Lots 8, 9, 10, all in Block 11, in Baker's Addition to the
<br />city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that portion of the vacated alley in Block 11, Baker's Addition,
<br />abutting said above - described lots.
<br />The property is located in Hall County at 2114 W 2nd St, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803.
