<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by Maria D. Contreras, hereinafter referred to as "Debtor ", whether one
<br />or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 24th day of October, 2012, and said Debtor was duly
<br />adjudged bankrupt on the 11th day of December, 2012; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 24th day of October, 2012, by Order of said Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the estate and
<br />effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the 1st day of May, 2013, of his intention to sell property at private sale;

<br />a WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said sale on or before May 26, 2013, with the Bankruptcy Clerk, this
<br />Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to Ignacio L. Contreras, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer ", whether one or more, for the
<br />▪ amount of Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars, ($5,000.00), the following described property, to -wit:

<br />The Debtor's one -half (1/2) interest in and to Lot Four (4), Block Three (3) in College Addition to West Lawn in the
<br />✓ City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, known as 2429 North Park.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the
<br />0 Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other valuable consideration, do hereby grant,
<br />CC bargain, sell and convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and interest as such Trustee,
<br />H subject to all encumbrances of record, the above described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and completely as
<br />I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy Act might or should sell and
<br />convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said Trustee either
<br />individually or as such Trustee.
