Certain real property was conveyed to STATE BANK OF SCOTIA, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, as security for a promissory note to STATE BANK OF SCOTIA, Beneficiary. A breach of obligations secured by the Trust property has occurred, and the Beneficiary and Trustee have elected to sell or cause to be sold, the trust property to satisfy the obligations, to wit: (1) Loan #5972, secured by said Deed of Trust, is in default because payments on said loan totaling $3,400.00 are unpaid and delinquent; (2) The amount of $2,263.90 representing the first half of 2012 taxes delinquent as of May 1, 2013 has not been paid. 5.
