- 4 <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said NOR11- rdES'TERN PUBLIC SERVICE <br />COMPANY, its successors and assigns, so long as such gas pips <br />line and appurtenances thereto, shall be maintained and operated, <br />together with the right of ingress to and egress from said premi- <br />sas for the purpose of constructing, installing, inspecting, <br />repairing, maintaining, renewing and replacing the property of <br />the Grantee located thereon, or tha removal thereof, in whole or <br />in part, at the will of the Grantee.
