Huston, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes <br />and says that he is a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebr- <br />aska, and has been such a resident for more than 35 years last <br />past, and that he was well and personally acquainted with Lorayne <br />Wrenn who received title to the Weeterly 38.251 of Lot Fen (10) <br />and the Easterly 25'.5011 of Lot Eleven (11), in Block Six (6), in <br />Ashton Place, an Addition in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />by decd dated October 5, 1949 as recorded in Book 96 at paje 394 <br />of the Deed Records of Hall, County, Nebraska; and, that he l was <br />well and personally acquainted with Lorayne D. Wrenn, who conveyed <br />the above described premises in a deed dated April 189 1958 as <br />recorded in Book 124 at Page 87 of the Deed Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Affiant positively knows of his own personal knowledge that <br />Lorayne Wrenn and Lorayne D. Wrenn above referred to , were one <br />and the same identical person, notwithstanding the discrepancy <br />in names.
