<br />The said Priscilla E,, Wrenn and Van C. Wrenn Sr. hereby grant to William R.
<br />Farrall and Dorothy He Farrah. the right to ingress and egress for driveway use,
<br />but not permitting parking, over and upon the Westerly bix Feet (W61) of the land
<br />as herein described as belonging to the said Priscilla E. Wrenn and Van C. Wrenn Sr.f
<br />further, the said William Re Farrall and Dorothy H. Farrall grant to Priscilla E.
<br />Wrenn and Van C. Wrenn Sr, the right to ingress and egress for driveway use, but
<br />not permitting parking# over and upon the Easterly Six Feet (E60) of the land as
<br />described herein as belonging to the said William R. Farrall and Dorothy He
<br />Farrall.
<br />It is the intention of all parties to this agreement that it shall be perpetual

<br />and shall run with the land, and that all heirs, executors, administrators, or
<br />assigns shall be bound by this agreement.
