The Purchaser, Wayna bruhn, is presently in possession <br />aa <br />of the premises under a 1jaseYdated March 1, 1963, which lease <br />by its terms is to expire on the lst day'of March, 19640 It <br />is understood and agreed by #and between the parties hereto that <br />upon the signing of this contract and agreement, that such lease <br />shall be canceled and be of no further force and effeot and the <br />Y <br />only obligation of the Purchaser, tffayAa $xuhn, in connectiork with <br />such property shall be as provided for in this contract and <br />agreement. <br />It is understood and agreed that if for any reason, title, <br />to the property is not approved by the ,Purchaserls attorney, the <br />Vendor shall have a reasonable time in which to cure such defects, <br />or shall at her option have the right to cancels this contract <br />and agreement and return to the Purchasers any amounts paid here- <br />under and thereupon, the Vendor shall be released from any <br />further liability or responsibility in connection with this con- <br />tract and agreement and the lease hereinbefore mentioned shall <br />thereupon be reinstated and shall be in full force and effect <br />in accordance with its terms. <br />It is further understood and agreed that all of the covenants <br />and agreements herein contained shall extend to and bind the <br />heirs, executors, administrators and assigns:of the parties hereto. <br />The undersigned, Willard B.
