Belpere, a widower <br />project: F -215 (6) AFE: R -16lb Hall County, Nebraska <br />Fee' simple title to a tract of land and all, improvements <br />thereon, if any, for highway right of way purposes located in <br />the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township <br />12 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as illustrated on the attached plat and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section 32; <br />thence westerly on the South line of the East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of said Section 32 a distance of 1022.5 feet <br />to the southwest corner of said East Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter; thence northerly on. the West line of said East Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 73.8 feet; thence east- <br />erly 90 degrees 00 minutes right a distance of 743.5 feet to <br />point of curvature, said point being 74.5 feet northerly from <br />said South line; thence northerly on a 497.96 foot radius <br />curve to the left (initial tangent of which coincides with the <br />last described course) a distance of 787.4 feet to point of <br />tangency, said point being 74.1 feet westerly from the East <br />line of said East Half of t10 Southeast Quarter; thence con- <br />tinuing northerly, tangent, a distance of 990.6 feet to a <br />point 72.7 feet westerly from said East line; thence easterly <br />a distance of 72.7 feet to a point on said East line; thence <br />southerly on said East line a distance of 1,569.6 feet to the <br />point of beginning, containing 6.04 acres, more or less, which <br />Includes 2.37 acres, more or less, previously occupied as a <br />public highway, the remaining 3.67 acres, more or less, being <br />the additional acreage to be secured in this action. <br />There will be no ingress or Ogress from the above des- <br />cribed tract of land onto the remainder of said East Half of <br />the Southeast Quarter# except over two field entrances not to <br />exceed 20 feet in width to provide for the movement of farming <br />Implements and crops so long as they are used consistent with <br />normal farming operations of the owner, the centerlines of which <br />are to be located 10.,4 feet easterly from the West line of said <br />East Half of the Southeast Quarter as measured along the center- <br />line of the highway and 764.6 feet northerly from the South line <br />of said East Half of the Soutiltast Quarter as measured along the <br />East line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter, and except <br />over one farmstead entrance not to exceed 20 feet in width to <br />provide ingress and egress to dwelling and out building site of <br />the owner so long at it is used consistent with rural living and <br />farming activities, the Centerline of which is to be located <br />1 100.0 feet easterly from the West line of said East Half of <br />tie Southeast Quarter as measured along the centerline of the <br />highway. <br />All mineral rights in the above described tract shall <br />be retained and reserved to the Condemnee, his heirs, successors <br />or assigns., The Condemnee, his heirs, successors or assigns <br />shall have no right to use or enter the surface of the above <br />described tract for any purpose concerning the reserved mineral <br />rights; nor shall the Condemnee, his heirs, successors or assigns <br />In extracting such minerals, damage or in any way impair the use <br />of the above described tract,{ , <br />a <br />
