Weiss, husband <br />and wife, Joint Tenants. <br />Project: F -215 (6) AFE: R- 61b Hall County, Nebraska <br />Fee simple title to a tract of land and all improvements <br />thereon, if any, for high ;,ray right of `:,ay purposes located in <br />part of the Northeast Quarteriof the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 13, Township 11 North, Range 10 ',Jest of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as illustrated on the attached plat and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />3eginning a the north quarter arter quarter corner of the <br />Southeast Quarter of said Section 13; thence southerly on the <br />West line of the Northeast Q,:arter of the Southeast Guar ter of <br />said Section 13 a distance of 1,313.3 feet to the south!-:est <br />corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; <br />thence easterly on the South line of said Northeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 75.0 feet; thence <br />northerly a distance of 1,313.3 feet to a point on the ;:orth <br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; <br />thence westerly on said North line a distance of 75.0 feet <br />to the point of beginning, containing 2.27 acres, more or less, <br />to be secured in this action. <br />The above described tract of land shall be part of a <br />controlled access facility as defined in Section 39 -1302 (6), <br />:k -R.5. 1943, and the remainder of said part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, which by reason of the <br />taking herein described, now abuts on a highway where none <br />existed theretofore, is sub "ect to the provisions of Section <br />39 -1;29, R.R.S. 1 ?43. <br />All mineral rights in tine above described tract shall <br />be retained and reserved to the Condemnees, their heirs, <br />successors or assigns. The Conderineas, their 'Firs, successors <br />or assigns shall have no rig; t to use or enter t`,e sur face �,f <br />the above described tract for any purpose concerning the reserved <br />mineral rights; nor shall the Condennees, their heirs, successors <br />or assigns in extracting such mine,als, damage or in any way <br />impair the use of the above described tract. <br />
