<br />and says as follows: I
<br />1. that he was the drily appointed, qualified and acting
<br />friistee in Bankruptcy in the united States District Court for the
<br />I)i.trlCt of Nebraska in Bankrdptcy Estates ho. 802546 and B02347
<br />for Myrl E. Thaden and Lois L. Thaden.
<br />2. That the only property owned by said bankrupts in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; was Lot Forty -three (43) and the East
<br />Half (El) of Lot Forty -two, (42)) in Buenavista Subdivision, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. That by virtue of an ord6r entered by the Referee In said
<br />bankruptcy proceedings on October 16, 1962, he conveyed the said
<br />pre lisps to aiQhard C. Arrigtron3 on hovember 6, 1962.
<br />4. That at the time of conveyance, of said property, the pxop -i
<br />eity ,aa descrloed as the East Half (rL) of Lot Forty -taro (42) and
<br />all of Lot rorty -three (43) Buena Vista Addition, to the City of
<br />Grand Ioland, Hall County, tebiasxa.

<br />Grard Island, Hall County, Aebraska, and the subiect real estate
