<br />Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of May, 1963, an action was commenced in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Lacy Building & Supply Company, a Corpora-
<br />tion, is plaintiff, and Jack Napier and Lucille Meyer Napier, are defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of which petition is to recover the sum of $1,324.18, together with interest thereon
<br />at 6% per annum from May 3, 1963 and costs of this suit. Said plaintiff requesting that the
<br />following described property of said defendants be attached as they are non - residents of the
<br />State of Ie'ebraska.
<br />The following is a description of the real estate sought to be affected by said action:
<br />A tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter (ad9) of Section 12, in Township 11 North,
<br />Range 9, ?lest of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point 13 feet North and 12 feet East of the Southeast corner of Lot 8 in Fair-
<br />acres Dairy Subdivision, located upon a part of said Southwest Quarter (V2) of Section 12,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof; running thence Easterly on a line parallel to an ex-
<br />tension of the Southerly line of said Lot 8 for a distance of 52 feet; running thence in a Nort'
<br />erly direction and parallel to the East line of Lots 8 and 9 of said Fairacres Dairy Subdivisic
<br />a distance of 113 feet; running thence Westerly and parallel to the extension of the Northerly
<br />line of said Lot 8 of said Fairacres Dairy Subdivision to a point 12 feet East of the Easterly
<br />line of Lot 9 in said Fairacres Dairy Subdivision; running thence Southerly and parallel to the
<br />Easterly line of said Lots 8 and 9 of said Fairacres Dairy Subdivision to the place of beginnin
<br />as recorded in Book 102 at Page 357 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter (9a14) of Section 12, in Township 11 North,
<br />Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point
<br />on a line parallel to the East boundary lines of Lot 8 and 9 in Fairacres Daisy Subdivision,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof and located in said Section 12, which point is 12 feet
<br />East and 126 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 in Fairacres Dairy Subdivision,
<br />running thence North and parallel to the East boundary line of said Lot 9 of Fairacres Dairy
<br />Subdivision a distance of 24 feet, running thence Easterly on a line parallel to an extension
<br />of the Southerly line of said Lot 9 in Fairacres Dairy Subdivision for a distance of 52 feet,
<br />running thence Southerly and parallel to the East boundary lines of said Lots 8 and 9 in Fair-
<br />acres Dairy Subdivision a distance of 24 feet, running thenceilesterly and parallel to the ex-
<br />tension of the Southerly line of said Lot 9, of Fairacres Dairy Subdivision to the place of
<br />beginning, as recorded in Book 102 at Page 603 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter (LIN -) of Section 12, in Township 11 North,
<br />Range 9, 1' -Test of the 6th P.M., in .Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as folloir-
<br />Commencing at a point 13 feet North and 64 feet East of the Southeast corner of Lot 8 in Fair-
<br />acres Dairy Subdivision located upon a part of said Southwest Quarter of Section 12, according
<br />to the recorded plat thereof, running thence Easterly on a line parallel to an extension of th
<br />Southerly line of said Lot 8 in said Fairacres Dairy Subdivision, for a distance of 52 feet,
<br />running thence Northerly and parallel to the Easterly line of Lots 8 and 9 in said Fairacres
<br />Dairy Subdivision a distance of 113 feet, running thence Westerly and parallel to an extension
<br />of the Northerly line of said Lot 8 in said Fairacres Dairy Subdivision to a point 64 feet
<br />East of the East line of Lot 9 in said Fairacres Dairy Subdivision, running thence South and
<br />parallel to the Easterly line of said Lots 8 and 9 in said Fairacres Dairy Subdivision, to
<br />the place of beginning, as recorded in Book 123 at Page 339 of the Deed Records of Hall County.
