IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />LACY BUILDING & SUPPLY COMPANY, A CORPORATION, <br />Plaintiff, <br />v. <br />JACK NAPIM and LUCILLE MEYER NAPIER, <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />CASE NO. <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of May, 1963, an action was commenced in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Lacy Building & Supply Company, a Corpora- <br />tion, is plaintiff, and Jack Napier and Lucille Meyer Napier, are defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which petition is to recover the sum of $1,324.18, together with interest thereon <br />at 6% per annum from May 3, 1963 and costs of this suit.
