D. Bickford and :Darlene M. Bickford, as joint tenants; Ver,.dees. <br />�it'rr�ga, Vendors are the owners of Lot 'EiS'r_t (8), Block Seven (7), Packer and <br />:Sams Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and are desirous of selling <br />the same to Vendees, and Venders are desirous of purchasing the same; <br />NOJn TFEr2�ORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />I. <br />Vendors agree to sell said premises to Vendees and Vendees agree to purchase <br />said premises from Vendors for a sale price of FIVE THOUSAND FIVE MDR'E~D DOLLFLRS <br />($5,500.00) payable as follows: $300.00 down, receipt whereof is hereby acknow- <br />ledged; ;200.00 payable April 1, 1963; $300.00 payable July 1, 1963; said last <br />mentioned pu7,yments to be payable at the office of First Realty Company, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska to the credit of Vendors; $365.00 payable 1° arch, 1, 1963 and a like <br />amount of ""65.00 on the first day of each month thereafter; with interest at six <br />per cent (6;'0) upon the unpaid principal balance and said $65.00 per month payments <br />to be applied first on interest, to include a sufficient amount for payment of, real <br />estate t,� es and fire and extended coverage insurance premiums, and the balance to <br />be applied in the reduction of the principal. Second, to pay balance owing Vendors ,hereunder. <br />ii. <br />It is understood that there is a First real estate mortgage against said pre- <br />raises in favor of The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island with <br />an uinpeid principal balance of ,which unpaid principal balance <br />shall be applied in reduction of the $55,500.00 purchase price.
