D. Bickford and :Darlene M. Bickford, as joint tenants; Ver,.dees. �it'rr�ga, Vendors are the owners of Lot 'EiS'r_t (8), Block Seven (7), Packer and :Sams Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and are desirous of selling the same to Vendees, and Venders are desirous of purchasing the same; NOJn TFEr2�ORE, it is agreed as follows: I.
