<br />Landlord of rest room facilities in said
<br />commercial building and all necessary
<br />means of ingress and egress through said
<br />{ building and Holiday Inn premises neces-
<br />sary for the purposes and uses in said
<br />Lease created, and together with all park-
<br />ing rights necessary to the operation of
<br />the uses in said Lease created, subject only
<br />to reasonable regulations by Landlord,

<br />All of Lot 2, MIL -NIC ADDITION to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />for a term of years commencing at the date of the opening of the

<br />bearing date of the 31st day of October, 1962, KOPPER KETTLE
<br />RESTAURANTS„ INC., NO. 2, as Tenant, assigned said Lease between

<br />3 That BATE- WALLACE CORPORATION commenced the serving
