.1 0 t <br />3 ?3 <br />B A S E M E N T <br />WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, contemplate the construction of a sanitary sewer line <br />and desires an easement, or right- of•way, across the tract of land <br />hereinafter described on which to construct said sanitary sewer line, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the grantor, Gordon E. Dahlke and Mildred H.
