<br />You are hereby notified that the Union Loan and Savings
<br />Association of Lincoln, Nebraska, a Corporation, has filed its
<br />Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the
<br />above entitled action, in which action the said Union Loan and
<br />Savings Association of Lincoln, Nebraska, a Corporation, is plain-
<br />tiff and Stanley S. Walker, Mary G. Fittje and Virgil R. Fittje,
<br />her husband, Georgia J. Claussen and Jerry G. Claussen, her husband,
<br />Frederick G. Walker and Carolyn A. balker, his wife, Rodney S.
<br />Walker, George M. Furby, Herbert F. Mayer, Jr., Administrator of
<br />the Estate of Hazel I. Walker, Deceased, Tony's Loan Company, a
<br />partnership; the heirs, devisees, legatees, and all other persons
<br />interested in the Estate of Hazel I. 'walker, Deceased, real names
<br />unknown, are defendants, the object of which action is to foreclose
<br />a mortgage, dated October 26, 1953, the mortgagors being Stanley
<br />S. Walker and Hazel I. Walker and the mortgagee being Union Loan
<br />and Savings Association of Lincoln, Nebraska, a corporation, which
<br />mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 3rd day of November, 1953, in Book
<br />102 of Mortgages, at Page 77, of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. The property sought to be affected in Lot Six-
<br />teen (16), Block Six (6), in Dill and Huston's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska.
