Brown, husband and wife, who are the grantors in four warranty <br />deeds dated December 18, 1945, each deed conveying among other real estate <br />the undivided one - fourth interest in and to the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (SW4 NE 4) of Section Thirty -six (36), Township Ten (10) <br />North, of Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which deeds were filed for record on December 26, 1945, and recorded in <br />Book 85, at pages 648, 649, 650, and 651, of the deed records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />That affiantts mother, Jane Burniston Brown, died on July 23, 1950, <br />in San Diego, California, and that affiantts father, James Bedford Brown, <br />died on March 13, 1952, in Everett, Washington. <br />Further affiant• sayeth not. <br />Lillian Brown Fuenning <br />SubscrEii�ed APid sworn to before me this 7th day of December, M.
