9 <br />7 <br />BILL <br />2 <br />5 <br />OR 7l <br />1 <br />i9 <br />+'rod <br />S' {3 <br />S yr <br />KNO14 ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Than 4, ' <br />of Hall County, State of Xebraska, � part tees of the first <br />Y <br />part, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1,00) Dollar., a" <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for demolition of <br />a dwelling house and levelling of the foundation of the same to <br />take place at the 1963 Fire School by the Education and Fire <br />School Committee of the Nebraska State Volunteer Firemenn's Aaso- <br />ciation, said dwelling house located on property below described,, <br />have bargained, and sold by these presents do grant and convey <br />unto the said Education and Fire School Committee and the Nebraska <br />State Volunteer Firemen's Association, hereinafter referred to <br />as parties of the second part, said dwelling house located on the <br />following described property, to wit: All that part of the <br />East half of the Southeast Quarter (Ej SEt) of Section Ten <br />(10) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br />the 6th P.M. lying South of a line drawn parallel with and <br />distant 400 feet southerly from the center line of the South <br />Main track of the Union Pacific Railroad and west of a line <br />drawn parallel with and distant 455.45 feet west from the <br />East line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter (Ei <br />SEJ) of said Section ten (10) and containing ten aords more <br />of less <br />belonging to the said parties of the first part, and now in their <br />possession, at the place last aforesaid. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second <br />part, for the purpose of demolition of the said dwelling house <br />by burning demonstration at the session of the 1963 fire school <br />during the month of May; and parties of the first part state and <br />affirm the said dwelling house is not property of value, but is <br />of a negative value and a liability by reason of the fact of <br />the expense of demolition by ordinary means;
