AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this I d_day of November, <br />1962, by and between Calvin K. Bartholomew, single, party of the <br />first part, and Mary Maneta Fuehrer, party of the second part; <br />WITNESSETH: That said party of the first part has sold, and by <br />these presents contracts and agrees to sell, to the second party, <br />the following described property, to -wit: <br />All of Lot Four <br />of Lot Five (5) <br />Addition to the <br />Nebraska; <br />subject to easements of <br />and agrees to pay the s <br />($8,500.00), payable as <br />(4) and the southerly Six (6) feet <br />of Block Twenty (20) Packer & Barr's Second <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />record; for which the second party promises <br />um of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />follows: . <br />$362.50, cash in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow- <br />ledged, and $637.50 on the 21st day of November, 1962, upon the <br />delivery to her of possession of said premises; and the remaining <br />sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars, with interest at the <br />rate of 6/ per annum shall be payable monthly in installments of <br />$63.29 on the 1st day of January, 1963, and a like sum on or be- <br />fore the 1st day of each month thereafter until said sum of <br />$7500.00, with interest, shall have been paid in full. <br />IT IS AGREED that if the payments are made promptly when due <br />that 180 payments of said sum will retire the principal and the <br />interest in full. An option is hereby granted to the second party <br />to make additional payments in multiples of $500.00, or more, and <br />when so made the second party shall have an option either to reduce <br />the amount of the monthly payments or lessen the number of monthly <br />payments to be made. In either event no interest shall be charged <br />upon such advance payments made after the same shall have been <br />made. <br />c� <br />The second party further agrees to pay the sum of $ <br />per month, which sum is now agreed upon to be the approximate <br />amount that will be necessary to take care of the taxes upon said <br />premises and the fire and general coverage insurance payments. <br />Such payments shall be made to the Equitable Building & Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, and kept in a separate <br />fund with directions to said Equitable to pay, out of said fund, <br />the taxes and the insurance premiums as they fall due. Second <br />party agrees that in the event said fund is insufficient to pay <br />the taxes and insurance premiums as they fall due, that she will <br />pay into said fund a sufficient amount of money to pay said taxes <br />and insurance and not suffer the same to become delinquent. Any <br />surplus remaining in said fund, upon the compliance with the terms <br />of this contract shall be the property of the second party, and be <br />paid to her. The first party agrees to pay the 1962 taxes and <br />all preceding years real estate taxes; the second party is to pay <br />the taxes for 1963, and to keep the premises insured for $_ga" -!E_ <br />' <br />with a loss payable clause payable to the first party and to second <br />party as their respective interests may appear. <br />al�zl <br />
