<br />Nebraska, at three - regular weekly's ervices`of said Church;'
<br />immediately preceding the holding of a meeting on November ll,.
<br />1962, said Notice being read at the regular services held at
<br />said edifice on October 21, 1962, October 2$, 1962 and November
<br />4, 1962
<br />To The Members of the Messiah Evangelical Lutheran, Church
<br />Notice is hereby given that on Sunday, the 11th day of
<br />November, 1962, at 12;00 Noon of.said day there will be a meeting
<br />of the members of the Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church of'Grand
<br />.island, Nebraska, in its Church building at 122 West. Seventh Street;
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, for the purpose of authorizing and instructing
<br />the Trustees of said Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska,•`to borrow from.the Overland National Bank of
<br />Grand Island, the maximum sum of 460,000.00 payable within five`
<br />years with interest at 5_fo per annum, prinipal payments and
<br />interest to be made quarterly with the last installment of principal
<br />and interest payable five years from date of the loan; that the
<br />Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church shall pay all,necessary
<br />expenses in connection with obtaining said loan and shall secure
<br />said loan by executing and delivering a First Beal Estate Mortgage
<br />to the Overland National Bank covering Fractional Lots rive (5J
<br />and ,six (6) in Fractional Block One Hundred Twenty -six (126) of
<br />Union Pacific Hailway Company's Second Addition and Fractional
<br />Lots Five (5) and 6ix (!) in.Fractional Block One (1) in Russel
<br />rvheeler''s addition,; both being,additions to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska -.

<br />of its adoption cast by more than three - fifths of the members of
<br />said society present and voting at said meeting:.
