Eakes and Gladys A. Eakes, parties <br />of the second part: <br />1144EREAS, the parties of the first part is seised of an <br />estate in fee simple of a parcel of land described as. Lot Five, <br />Block Seven, Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />WHEREAS, the parties of the second part is seised in fee <br />simple of another parcel of land lying generally South of the <br />above described land, and described as.
