EA3EMEN.T <br />WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island contemplates the construction of a <br />certain sanitary sewer main and a part thereof must be laid over, under, <br />along and across a tract of land belonging to the grantors herein named, and <br />?•�ikREAS, the said City of Grand Island has requested the grantors to <br />convey and grant unto said City an easement on which to construct a part of <br />said sewer main. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and <br />oth =r valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the City of Gre.nd <br />Island, a municipal corporation in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, <br />the grantors do hereby grant and convey unto the said City of Grand Island <br />an easement over, under, along and across a strip of land described as follows: <br />A perpetual easement over, along and across a certain strip <br />of land sixteen (16) feet in width and two hundred forty one <br />(241) feet in length in the Southeast Quarter of the South- <br />east Quarter (SF14Sr4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township <br />eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly'described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter (S,'14SFs,) of Section Twenty One (21); <br />thence running east on the south 11_ne of said Section. Twenty <br />One (21) for a distance of four hundred two (402) feet; thence <br />running north parallel to and four hundred two (402) feet east <br />from the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Zuarter (SFISE,i -,) of Section Twenty One (21) for a distance <br />of one hundred seventy seven (177) feet to the actual point of <br />beginning; thence running east parallel to and one hundred <br />seventy seven (177) f?et north from the south line of said <br />Section Twenty One (21) for a distance of two hundred forty <br />one (241) feet to a point six hundred eighty one (681) feet west <br />from the east line of said Section Twenty One (21); thence <br />running north parallel to and. six hundred eighty one (681) <br />feet west from the east line of said Section Twenty One (21). <br />for a distance of sixteen (16) feet; thence running west par <br />allel to and one hundred ninety three (193) feet north from <br />the south line of said Section Twenty One (21) for a distance <br />of two hundred forty one (241) feet; thence running south for <br />a distance of sixteen (16) feet to the point of beginning. <br />It is understood and agreed that the said City of Grand Aland, its <br />agents, servants and employees shall have the right to enter upon the land <br />belonging to the grantors for the purpose of constructing said,sanitary sewer <br />main and there2fter from time to.time, if and when necessary, to reenter upon <br />said easement or right -of -way for the purpose of making repairs, extensions <br />or renewals of said sanitary sewer main. <br />It is understood and agreed that the rights and privileges herein con- <br />veyed shall be forever; that the same shall pass with the title to the land <br />
