That the plat of said West Bel Air Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and a certified copy of said <br />protective covenants and restirictions be, and the same are hereby <br />ordered filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of mall <br />County, Nebraska, as by law provided. <br />SECTION 4.
