w2. <br />1 Affiant further deposes and states that on date of June 25, 1958, his <br />2 mother, Edith G. Goodrich, a widow, survivor of F. W. Goodrich, and Edith G. <br />3 Goodrich, Individually, assigned the afore described mortgage to here elf and to <br />4 her sons, Lysle E. Goodrich and Paul F. Goodrich, as Joint Tenants and-not as <br />5 tenants in common with right of survivorship, which Assignment was filed for <br />6 record in the office of the Register of Deeds and recorded in Book 41 of Assign- <br />7 ments at Page 406 thereof and which Assignment of Mortgage hereinbefore referred <br />8 to which was recorded in Book 78 of Mortgages at Page 680 thereof. <br />9 Affiant further deposes and statesthat his 'mother, the said Edith G. <br />10 Goodrich, died in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska on date of April 13. 1961 <br />11 and that affiant and his brother the said Lysle E. Goodrich, as Joint Tenants <br />12 with right of survivorship, are the owners of said mortgage. <br />13 Affiant further deposes and states that wherein either of the proceedings <br />14 hereinbefore described his mother was referred to as Edith G. Goodrich and Edith <br />.15 P.
