<br />Affiant further deposes and states that on or about May 8, 1991 his father
<br />and mother purchased from Flower -Evans Company, a corporation, a certain real

<br />estate mortgage, which the said Flower -Evans Company, a corporation, had token
<br />from Robert W, Gunlock and Theodora 14. Gunlock, husband and wife, as joint
<br />survivors, on date of May 1, 1951, with reference to a certain piece of root
<br />estate described as Lot Eight (8) in Block Thirteen (13) in Wallichs" Addition
<br />to the City of Ccand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which said mortgage had`bee
<br />filed for record ii the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebrosk
<br />and recorded in Book 78 of Mortgages at Page 680. That said mortgage was duly'
<br />16 assigned by said Flower - Evans Company, a corporation, to his said father and
<br />16 mother on date of May 8, 1931= however, said Assignment of Mortgage was not
<br />17 recorded until date of January 29, 1959, which Assignment was filed for record
<br />18 in office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and recorded in
<br />19 Book 41 at Page 405. That said Assignment xas to "F. N. Goodrich and /or Edith
<br />20 • G. Goodrich % That his father, the sail Fred N. Goodrich, also went by the now

<br />of F. W. Goodrich] however, his real, true and correct name was Fred W. Goodrict
<br />22 Affiant further deposes and states that his father, the said Fred W. Good -
<br />23 rich, also known as F. W. Goodrich, was struck by an automobile in the City of
<br />24 Grand Island, Nebraska on date of March 24, 1907 and died as a result thereof
<br />25 on date of April 39 1957. That thereafter his mother, Edith G. Goodrich, under
<br />26 the name of Edith P. Goodrich filed a petition for the appointment of adminis-
<br />27 trator in his estate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, being case
<br />28 No. 51539 in order to secure settlement for the wrongful death of his father.
<br />29 That the sole and only heirs of the said Fred W. Goodrich, also known as F. W.
<br />30 Goodrich, were his mother, affiant and his brother, Lysle E. Goodrich, who
<br />31 resided at 6918 West 69th Terrace, Overland Park, Kansas,
