<br />I, Esther J. Sanders, Acting Recording Steward Pro Tem
<br />of Trinity Methodist Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, a religious
<br />corporation, and acting Secretary Pro Tem of the Membership meet-
<br />ing of said Church, held in the main sanctuary of said Church at
<br />11 :20 o'clock A.M., on Sunday, September 16, 1962, and Acting Sec-
<br />retary Pro Tem of the Special Quarterly Conference of said Church,
<br />held in the main sanctuary of said Church shortly after 11:20
<br />o'clock A.M., on Sunday, September 16, 1962, immediately following
<br />the Membership meeting of said Church, being first duly sworn, do
<br />hereby certify, under oath, that the following instruments herein
<br />set forth in their entirety, are true, correct and complete copies
<br />of the originals of such instruments, that each of the persons who
<br />executed such instruments was the duly authorized respective offi-
<br />otal holding the position indicated, by the title shown after his
<br />or her respective name, that the Resolution authorizing such sale
<br />is set forth in full in the minutes of each respective meeting,
<br />that the Notice set out below was announced by a Minister of said
<br />Church, at the time for announcements, from the pulpit of said
<br />Church, at each of the rear Church services on each of the said
<br />three Sundays prior to tae time of said meeting, and that said
<br />instruments are as follows, namely:
<br />CALL AND CONSENT
<br />I, James S. Chubb, an Elder in The Methodist Church, and
<br />a Minister of Trinity Methodist Church of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />pursuant to the Discipline of The Methodist Church, 1960, do hereby
<br />call a Special Session of the Quarterly Conference of said Trinity
<br />Vethodist Church to be held in the main sanctuary of said Church on
<br />Sunday, September 16, 1962, at 11:20 o'clock A.M., the proposed
<br />action being to vote on the sale of a tract of land located in the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SWj) of Section Twenty -four (24), in Township
<br />Eleven (11), North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, containing 21 75 acres, more or less, for $8,000.00,
<br />to the Grand Island Industrial Foundation, Inc., or assignees.

<br />I, Robert Lewis Townsend, District Superintendent, Kearney
<br />District, Nebraska Annual Conference, Methodist Church, pursuant to
<br />the Discipline of The Methodist Church, 1960, do hereby give my
<br />written consent to the holding of such Special Session of such Quar-
<br />terly Conference of the Trinity Methodist Church of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, at the time and place stated in the Call of said James S.
<br />Chubb, an Elder of The Methodist Church, and a Minister of said
<br />Trinity Methodist Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, for the proposed
<br />action of voting on the sale of a tract of land located -in the South-
<br />west Quarter (SWj) of Section Twenty -four (24), in Township Eleven
<br />(11), North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, containing 21.76 acres, more or less, for $8,000.00, to
<br />the Grand Island Industrial Foundation, Inc., or assignees.
