- CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />Whereas under date of r July 1 , 1962 the <br />undersigned RUDOLPH N. KUESTER and FRANCES KUESTER entered into <br />a lease with JOHN GREWE and RENAPE GREWE, husband and wife or <br />survivor, leasing the premises described as Lot Four (w), 'located <br />on the east side of the west portion of Kuester Lake, located on <br />and being a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EjSWf) <br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M , Hall County, Nebraska. <br />And whereas on September 20, 1962, the said John Grewe and <br />Renate Grewe, Lessees, gave to The Overland National Bank of Grand <br />Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, a chattel mortgage on the improvements <br />on the above described premises as security for payment of a note <br />for $13,500.00 and executed an assignment of their lease as additional <br />security, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and <br />other good and sufficient consideration the undersigned do hereby <br />agree to such assignment, the same to remain effective until the <br />note and chattel mortgage hereinabove referred to have been satisfied. <br />rir r f <br />r: ✓.'
