<br />Being the owner /s, hereby offer for sale to the State of Nebraska Game, Forestation and
<br />Parks Commission, the following described land, in the County of Hall ,
<br />State of Nebraska; to- wit;
<br />Referring to the South corner of Sec. 7 T9N R11W, commence northerly
<br />on the east line of SE of the SW% of said Sec.. 7 a'distance of 1157.7' to
<br />the point of beginning; thence northerly on same said line a distance of
<br />162.3' to the northeast, corner of the SEk of the SWk, of said Sec. 7; thence
<br />at a right angle of 900 to the right, a distance of 121.0'; thence at an
<br />angle of 1070 45' to the left, a distance of 168.0'; thence to the right an
<br />angle of 81037', in w northeasterly direction 329.0',`thence to the left an
<br />angle of 9034' in a northeasterly direction a distance 1726.9' intersecting
