Peterson being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says <br />that.he is employed at the Apfel - Butler- Geddes Funeral Home, and that he was so <br />employed during the month of November, 196j, and the deponent further deposes that <br />the Apfel- Butler- Geddes Funeral Home officiated at the burial of Ernest W. Niemoth <br />and caused his remains to be buried at the Grand Island Cemetery on the 28th day <br />of November, 1961, and that the records of the Apfel - Butler- Geddes Funeral Home <br />indicate that the said Ernest W.
