CLEARY, bang first duly sworn upon oath deposes <br />and says :. <br />That he was well and personally acquainted with Lenore L. <br />Roeder, the grantor in that certain warranty deed dated June 13, <br />1906, and recorded in Book 70 of Deeds at Page 191 of the Deed <br />Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, conveying to George Roeder the following described <br />real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot No. Six (6) in Block Sixty -one (61) in the <br />Original Town, -now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and that he knows of his own personal knowledge that such Lenore L. <br />Roeder was, on the date of such deed, June 13, 1906, a single person. <br />Affiant further states that he was well and personally acquainted <br />with George Roeder, the grantor in that certain deed, dated January <br />294P 1929, recorded in Book 73 of Deec4 at Page 383 of the Deed Records <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of fall County, Nebraska,conveyin <br />to Clyde A.
