E A S E M E N T <br />WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island contemplates the construction of a <br />certain sanitary sewer main and a part thereof must be laid over, under, along <br />and across a tract of land belonging to the grantors herein named, and <br />WHEREAS, the said City of Grand Island has requested the grantors to <br />convey and grant unto said City an easement on which to construct a sewer main. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and <br />other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of Grand Island, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, the grantors <br />do hereby grant and convey unto the said City of Grand Island an easement over, <br />under, along and across a strip of land described as follows: <br />A perpetual easement over, along and across a certain strip of <br />land eleven hundred twenty one (1121) feet in len th in the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEISE ) of Section <br />Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line <br />of Pleasant Home Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, six hundred fifty one (651) feet west from the <br />southeast corner of said Pleasant Home Subdivision, said point <br />also being the center line of Lincoln Avenue in said Pleasant <br />Home Subdivision; thence running south parallel to and six hundred <br />fifty one (651) feet west from the east line of said Section <br />Twenty One (21) for a distance of three hundred forty one (341) <br />feet; thence running west parallel to the south line of said <br />Pleasant Home Subdivision for a distance of three (3) feet; <br />thence running south parallel to and six hundred fifty four <br />(654) feet west from the east line of said Section Twenty One <br />(21) for a distance of seven hundred eighty (780) feet to a <br />point one hundred seventy seven (177) feet north from the south <br />line of said Section Twenty One (21); thence running west par- <br />allel to the south line of said Section Twenty One (21) for a <br />distance of thirteen (13) feet; thence running north parallel to <br />and six hundred sixty seven (667) feet west from the east line <br />of said Section Twenty One (21) for a distance of eleven hundred <br />twenty, one (1121) feet to the south line of said Pleasant Home <br />Subdivision; thence running east on the south line of said <br />Pleasant Home Subdivision for a distance of sixteen (16) feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />It is understood and agreed that the said City of Grand Island, its <br />agents, servants and employees shall have the right to enter upon the tract <br />of land described in the easement with right of ingress and egress for the <br />purpose of constructing said sanitary sewer main and thereafter from time to <br />time, if and when necessary, to reenter upon said easement or right -of -way <br />for the purpose of making repairs, extensions or renewals of said sanitary <br />sewer main. <br />It is understood and agreed that the rights and privileges herein <br />f <br />
