<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, it's authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Trust Deed dated 11/30/2012 and recorded on 12/03/2012, recorded as Instrument No. 201210132,
<br />executed by Jason L. Luebbe and Lorie A. Luebbe, as Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle
<br />Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that
<br />such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for
<br />cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deeds, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Jason L. Luebbe and Lorie A. Luebbe, as Husband and Wife,
<br />the partial estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4SW1 /4) of Section Twelve
<br />(12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraslka, EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Book
<br />73, Page 24 and EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Book 73,
<br />Page 28 and EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described-in Book 97,
<br />Page 336 and EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Book 121,
<br />Page 167 and EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Book 156,
<br />Page 124.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Partial Deed of Reconveyance at Central
<br />City, Merrick County, Nebraska, on June 17, 2013.

<br />personally came Jared P. Wetovick, Market President ā CEO of Pinnacle Bank, a Corporation, to me

<br />and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such officer, and the
<br />voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
