20 /344859 The above -named lienholder hereby states, represents and agrees as follows: 1. Lienholder presently holds one or more mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other consensual liens upon the above - described real estate (hereinafter referred to as the "property "), which mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other consensual liens are described as follows: Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on May 10, 2012, as Document No. 201203750; and Financing Statement recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on May 10, 2012 as Document No. 201203751. 2. Lienholder has been notified that the owner of the real estate legally described hereinabove desires to file a request with the Central Platte Natural Resources District (hereinafter referred to as "CPNRD ") for a permit to allow the transfer of certified irrigated acres from the real estate described hereinabove to a different parcel of real estate. Lienholder has been requested to consent to such request and to the transfer of the certified acres from the above - described real estate. 3. This consent is being obtained to allow the Property Owners to transfer the right to irrigate the following tracts of land: 3.7 acres lying within the W' /2NW''ANE' /4; and 2.1 acres lying within the W %SW'/4SW1/4 of Section 5, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; 8.7 acres lying within the W %ZSE%4; and 1.4 acres lying within the SW'/4SW1/4 of Section 6, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and 1.02 acres lying within the SE%4SE'/NE1/4; and .63 acres lying within the NE'/4NE'/4SE'/4 of Section 30, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska to the following tracts of land: 1.9 acres lying within the SW'/4SW' /4NW' /4 and the NW'/4NW' %SW%4; 1.9 acres lying within the SE'/4SW1/4SW1/4; 7.3 acres lying within the S %2SE'/4SW' /4; and 6.3 acres lying within the W %ZSW'/4SE' /4, all in Section 5, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska 4. Lienholder hereby consents to said request and to the transfer of certified irrigated acres from the above - described real estate to a different parcel of real estate. 5. The undersigned is authorized to execute this Consent on behalf of the Lienholder.
