<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Patrick A. Brock, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />October 23, 2002, executed by Tan Ngoc Pham and Hoai Trinh Pham, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, in which Quyen Thanh Trinh and MinhThu Thi Truong, husband and wife of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded on October 24, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200211562 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Patrick A. Brock, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has received from Quyen Thanh Trinh and MinhThu Thi Truong, husband and wife of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Seventy -Four (74), Original Town of Grand Island, now
<br />City, Hall County, Nebraska, being a tract of land more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block Seventy -
<br />Four (74) and proceeding in a Northwesterly direction along and upon the
<br />East line of Block Seventy -Four (74) a distance of One Hundred Thirty -Two
<br />Feet (132') to the alley in said Block, thence proceeding in a Southwesterly
<br />direction a distance of Sixty -Six Feet (66'), thence proceeding in a
<br />Southeasterly direction along and upon a line parallel to the East line of said
<br />Block Seventy -Four Feet (74') a distance of One Hundred Thirty -Two Feet
<br />(132') to the South line of Block Seventy -Four (74'), thence in a Northeasterly
<br />direction along said line a distance of Sixty -Six Feet (66') to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 17 day of June 1 3.
