<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Jeffrey Z
<br />Burke, a single person, as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank., as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named therein, dated January 11,
<br />2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N /A, Page
<br />N/A or Instrument Number 0200200498, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance
<br />Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N /A, or Instrument Number N/A has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the
